A social experiment in queenstreet, Auckland. An anonymous voice comes through speakers insulting people and their sad, insulted reactions are recorded on camera. Then compliments are given out about people smile and laugh. The message is just because it's annoymous doesn't mean it doesn't hurt, be kind to people online.
